Melody McLaughlin
Melody specialises in helping organisations to manage data effectively by working with their people to put in place good processes.
Melody listens carefully and creates sensible solutions that address the root cause of any issues
Melody has worked with many different organisations over the years, across government, private sector and the not-for-profit sectors. Clients appreciate Melody’s clear, concise communication style and her ability to bring workable solutions to any challenges they may face.
As an Associate of the Hunter Group, Melody has worked alongside many of our Senior Consultants to help our clients understand and develop more effective ways of working.
Melody brings her sense of curiosity and engaging personality to every project – which is why her clients love working with her. She listens carefully and creates sensible solutions that address the root cause of any issues.
For many years Melody managed staff and from this experience strongly believes that processes shouldn’t be bureaucratic, but should be enablers that help people to do their jobs more effectively. She believes that good internal processes must come first, so customer facing services can be fully effective.
Melody is also mad about our feathered friends. As the Kiwi Programme Coordinator for the Rimutaka Forest Park Trust, she volunteers her time so kiwis and other native species can re-establish themselves in the Park, a magnificent area of mostly native forest in the hills east of Wellington.
Melody delights in capturing our native birds in oils.
