Ed started his career as a digital publisher, progressing through to web applications, and later programming. He has an Internet Enterprise Master’s Degree, is a member of the British Computing Society, and specialises in large systems implementations.
Ed is at home in all areas of enterprise integration
Prior to joining Hunter Group, Ed worked in the tertiary education sector in the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
Thriving on viewing new projects and putting innovative ideas into practice, Ed feels at home in all areas of enterprise integration. He is just as comfortable designing technical architecture as he is managing large multi-skilled teams.
His ultimate aim is the transference of long lasting knowledge to the benefit of the client.
Ed believes that Hunter Group’s strength is being able to identify and respond to business needs without having ties to suppliers. In his view, being ready for the challenge means using his skills and experience to make sure the vision of a business is fully realised. The personal challenge
involves embracing change and being willing to continue learning in order to adapt.
When he is not at work, rugby, adventure sports, wine tasting, fishing, travelling, cooking, world music and drumming are among his favourite interests. It’s all about having a wide range of interests and a good balance in life as well as work.
